摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange unit capable of sufficiently cleaning the inside of a heat exchange element. <P>SOLUTION: These heat exchange units 100 and 200 are each provided with: inside air exhaust passages 8; outside air supply passages 9; the heat exchange elements 12 and 220; a catalyst; active seed generation parts 15; an exhaust air circulation passage 341; and an exhaust air passage changeover part 351. The active seed generation parts are arranged on the upstream side in an air supply flow direction of each heat exchange element and at least on the upstream side in an air supply flow direction on the upstream side in an exhaust air flow direction. The exhaust air circulation passage is used for entering the exhaust air EA into the inside air exhaust passages on the upstream side in the exhaust air flow direction of the heat exchange elements after passing the heat exchange elements. The exhaust air passage changeover part can change over a third state for exhausting the inside air to the outside as the exhaust air EA to a fourth state for entering the exhaust air into the exhaust air circulation passage and vice versa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
