A device for peeling off the surfaces of recycled aggregates and improving the particle size is provided to separate mortar and to increase the particle size by increasing friction force generated when aggregates bump against each other. In a device for peeling off the surfaces of recycled aggregates and improving the particle size, plural peeling cylinders(10-19) are integrally fixed while connecting the upper lateral sides of the peeling cylinder formed in the shape of a laid drum can and provided with an opened upside. A peeling lining having a peeling projection is installed on the inner bottom of the peeling cylinder. Peeling screws(30-39) for rubbing the recycled aggregates against each other and moving the peeling cylinders adjacent to each other are installed in the peeling cylinder. The peeling screws are rotated by receiving rotating power of a motor(50) through driving gears(40-49). The peeling cylinder is obliquely set up in the water of a water tank(1).
