A method for manufacturing a control arm is provided to form a plane shape of the control arm and to form a curved part on the control arm vertically for removing a trimming process and for carrying out a forging process continuously. An original material(100) is bent to form a curved part(103). The curved part is forged to form a control arm. The control arm has upper and lower arms. The upper arm includes a rod shaped body(109), an operating body(105) connected with a knuckle by a ball joint, and first and second bush parts(106,107) connected with a vehicle body. The original material has a large diameter part(102) which is not processed, and a small diameter part(101) whose diameter is reduced. |
