An electronic roulette game machine is provided to make fabrication of roulette game impossible and to allow enjoying a fair roulette game. An electronic roulette game machine comprises: multiple LEDs(42,44) arranged on the base(40) in two circular lines; a charge/discharge part performing charge and discharge of input voltage; an on/off switch to control the status of the charge/discharge part; a first line LED operating part to make each LED on the first line operate in sequence; and a second line LED operating part to make each LED on the second line operate in sequence.
