The pipe system (1) is designed in its full length in leaky manner, where the pipe system is guided from the breaking range (11) till above the surge border above ground. Route is moistened and is watered for targeted green area. The solar seawater desalination is carried out in a pipe system and by exclusive usage of renewable energy by the local stable installation of support containers (10) over the full length of the pipe system.
