An apparatus and a method for laser sealing are provided to deliver the same laser energy onto a substrate during a sealing operation and secure a regular width of a sealing material and reliability of a process. An apparatus(1) for laser sealing includes a stage(10), a stage moving member(20), laser radiating members, a head driving members, a head height deviation measuring member, a data storing member, and a control member. The head height deviation measuring member measures a height deviation for each laser head. The data storing member stores first data related to the flatness of the stage and second data measured by the head height deviation measuring member. The control member controls a laser head so that a gap between the laser head and a substrate is regular by using the data stored in the data storing member.
