<p>The processing of molten fluid from blast furnace and linz-donawitz (LD) slag for recovering fluid pig iron and/or steel portion from the molten fluid, comprises delivering intermittently occurring foamed slag directly to a tap in a storage-, regulation- and sedimentation (SRS) plant, continuously regulating the delivery of foamed slag and simultaneously recovering fluid pig iron and/or steel portion through sedimentation. A connection for blast furnace and/or LD converter is implemented via grooves (2). The SRS plant regulates the slag. The processing of molten fluid from blast furnace and linz-donawitz (LD) slag for recovering fluid pig iron and/or steel portion from the molten fluid, comprises delivering intermittently occurring foamed slag directly to a tap in a storage-, regulation- and sedimentation (SRS) plant, continuously regulating the delivery of foamed slag and simultaneously recovering fluid pig iron and/or steel portion through sedimentation. A connection for blast furnace and/or LD converter is implemented via grooves (2). The SRS plant regulates the slag and continuously delivers the slag into a dry cooling plant (12). The lateral inclination of SRS-vessel is regulated over a support cylinder (4) in such a way that the slag outlet corresponds to the power of the dry cooling plant and considers the intermittent breaking of the slag flow. The quantity of the fluid pig ion or steel collected through sedimentation is recovered alternative from the base of the SRS vessel by plug connection (7) or slider and alternative over the slag outlet. An independent claim is included for a storage-, regulation- and sedimentation plant for processing of molten fluid from blast furnace and linz-donawitz slag.</p> |
