The lamp has a coupling unit (26) comprising a notched rim (28) integrated with a support (17) and provided with a shoulder (27) that slides in a guiding slide (21) arranged in a case. A flexible actuating element (22) extends along the slide and carries a detent lug cooperating in locked position with steps of the crown. The lug is conformed according to a pyramidal block authorizing an incremental rotary movement on the different steps of the crown.
