<p>A transparent conductive film is provided to ensure a low resistance value even when film thickness of a ZnO-based thin film is reduced, and to show a small change in a resistance value even under a humid and hot environment. A method for preparing a transparent conductive film includes the steps of: forming an Al2O3 thin film(2) on an organic polymer film base material(3); and forming a ZnO-based thin film(1) on the Al2O3 thin film, wherein the ZnO-based film is formed of ZnO coated with at least one of Ga and Al. The step of forming the Al2O3 thin film is performed within a vacuum device having a vacuum degree of 1x10^(-4) Pa or less after the organic polymer film base material is heated to 80-180 °C.</p> |
