A time adjustment device, a timepiece with the same and a time adjustment method are provided to reflect a leap second obtained from a base station to the time correction exactly. A high frequency receiving member(16) is connected with an antenna(11). In the high frequency receiving member, the electric wave of a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) base station and the like received at the antenna is down-converted. A base band member(17) is also connected with the high frequency receiving member. A pilot PN synchronization member(17a) is installed within the base band member. A start timing generator(17b) is connected with the pilot PN synchronization member. When the pilot PN synchronization member obtains the synchronization of the previous signal, the timing is inputted to a start timing generator. The start timing generator generates the streaming timing. |
