The bioreactor comprises a cylindrical sheath, an agitator, a cover (2), a dished base (14), valves present in the base, and an insert-part (13) housing the agitator and engaged under formation of a circulating gutter (15). A central part in the reactor interior (1) extends in the base. The connection between lateral surface of the insert-part and calotte of the base is arranged in the proximity of an inlet shell of an exhaust membrane valve, which is arranged in a flange. The lower edge of a valve inlet port of the exhaust valve is arranged at the lower point of the gutter.
