PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM USING STEP-UP CONVERTER

A photovoltaic system using a step-up converter is provided to prevent a lifespan of a capacitor including power transformation efficiency of the step-up converter from being decreased by continuously controlling a charge current applied to a power storage module. A photovoltaic system using a step-up converter(120) includes a solar cell module(110), the step-up converter, a power storage module(130), and an inverter, and a control module. The step-up converter steps up DC power outputted from the solar cell module. The power storage module charges the DC power outputted from the step-up converter. The inverter inverts the DC power outputted from the step-up converter or a power control module into AC power. The control module controls each of the components. The step-up converter receives first DC power outputted from the solar cell module and steps up the first DC power into second DC power(V1) through a switching device(S) and an insulating transformer(T), and equalizes and outputs the first and second DC powers.
