A microwave oven is provided to prevent a motor from being overloaded or prevent the power of the motor from being lost by providing a limit switch or a limit unit to restrict the movement of a food tray. A microwave oven includes a body, a food tray, and a driving unit(300). The body has a cooking chamber(110). The food tray is introduced/or withdrawn to/from the cooking chamber of the body. The food tray allows foods to be put thereon. The driving unit operates the food tray. The driving unit includes a motor(310) and a power delivery part(320). The power delivery part delivers power from the motor to the food tray. The food tray is provided in the type of a drawer. The power delivery part includes a wire(321) used to deliver the power of the motor to the food tray. The wire is wounded around a roller rotated by the motor.
