A rail turning device for a salt cart is provided to change the connection of plural trunk lies and main rails easily at the intersection of main rails and trunk lines where a salt cart travels to carry salt from a salt farm to a storage space and to have a simple structure. A rail turning device for a salt cart, for connecting a main rail(R1) and a first trunk line(R2) or a main rail and a second trunk line(R3), and turning the connection between the first trunk line and the second trunk line, comprises a sliding body(11), a guide(12), a hinge(13), a lever(14), a connection rail(15), a fixture(16), and an intersection supporter(2). The sliding body is guided by the guide and the hinge and reciprocated in the widthwise direction to reciprocate a connection rail from side to side, the hinge is connected with the lever to slide the sliding body, the connection rail is connected to the first and second trunk lines by connecting one end to the main rail and moving from side to side, and turning the other end from side to side between the first and second trunk lines, the fixture is formed to fix the sliding body while the connection rail is connected to one of the first and second trunk lines and the main rail, and the intersection supporter is formed to support the first and second trunk lines crossed each other.
