A rubber composition for tires is provided to improve wear performance and cut/chip performance by using carbon black having smaller particle size, good structure, and excellent wear performance. A rubber composition for tires includes 100 parts by weight of raw material rubbers, 40-50 parts by weight of carbon black having an iodine adsorption value of 135-150 mg/g and a DBP adsorption value of 120-140 ml/mg, 3-10 parts by weight of silica having a BET value of 190-200 m^2/g and a DBP value of 260-300 ml/100 g, 0.5-5 parts by weight of a mixture of natural resin and synthetic resin obtained by mixing at least any one natural resin selected from the group comprising flaxseed oil, tung oil, shellac, and cellulose with a C5-8 petroleum resin in a weight ratio of 1:9-9:1, and 1-5 parts by weight of a coupling agent.
