A flexible wire is provided to easily remove scales formed in a pipe having a large diameter by enlarging a rotational diameter of the flexible wire when rotating at a high speed. A flexible wire(100) comprises a main wire, an auxiliary wire(120) and an outermost wire(130) combining the auxiliary wire with the main wire. The auxiliary wire is aligned lengthwise along the main wire. The auxiliary wire has a diameter smaller than a diameter of the main wire and is disposed at one side of the main wire. The outermost wire has strength sufficient for securely combining the main wire with the auxiliary wire when the outermost wire rotates at a high speed. The winding direction of the outermost wire is opposite to the winding direction of the main wire.
