RFID SYSTEM AND SERVICE METHOD, SERVICE BROKER THEREFOR

An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) system, a service method and a service broker for the same are provided to confirm the offerable services according to the specification of a terminal recognized through an RFID tag. A mobile terminal(20) has an RFID reader mounted thereon. A service broker(10) is connected with the mobile terminal through the mobile network, connected with the terminal information database for storing the kinds of services to be offered by mobile terminals and also connected with an application server for storing the detailed information by RFID tags. An ODS(Object Directory Server)(32) is connected with the service broker and stores and manages the detailed position by the RFID tags. An OIS(Object Information Server)(34) is connected with the service broker and stores and updates the detailed information by RFID tags. The service broker obtains the storing position of the RFID tag according the RFID tag recognition code transmitted from the mobile terminal. The service broker also obtains the RFID tag detailed information and component information of the detailed information from the OIS server or the application server. The service broker also searches the kinds of offerable services and compares the searched information with the component information and filters the offerable components and offers the filtered information to the mobile terminal.
