A portable charging apparatus is provided to secure stability and portability by preventing a magnetic field from being leaked to an outside of the portable charging apparatus. A portable charging apparatus includes a rotor and a stator. The rotor rotates around a shaft(8), and includes a permanent magnet(1) and a magnetic induction member(6). The stator includes a coil between the permanent magnet and the magnetic induction member. The rotor is eccentric and rotates according to vibration of the portable charging apparatus. A battery is charged by electromagnetic induction force generated in the coil by the rotation. Two coils are disposed on both surfaces of the permanent magnet. The magnetic induction members are disposed outside the two coils.
