A moving system and an optical scanning apparatus having the same are provided to improve a performance by minimizing various mechanical noises generated in movement of a moving body. An optical scanning apparatus includes a moving body, a rotating unit, a moving guide axis, and a motion converting unit. The moving body includes an optical unit with a plurality of light emitting elements or a light receiving element and is movable in a predetermined direction. The rotating unit rotates around a rotating axis. The moving guide axis is formed so that the moving body moves to only a predetermined path. A portion of the motion converting unit is fixed to the rotating unit and other portion thereof is coupled to the moving body to rotate.
