A method for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system is provided to efficiently use a wireless resource by reducing the amount of information to be transmitted in a wireless communication system. A method for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system includes the steps of: adding an error detection code to scheduling information for data to be transmitted to the terminal, wherein the error detection code is generated by using a first identifier allocated to a terminal; and adding the error detection code which is generated by using a second identifier allocated to the terminal to data to be transmitted to the terminal, and transmitting the added error detection code to the terminal. The first identifier is a group identifier for identifying a terminal group having the terminal. The second identifier is a terminal identifier for identifying the terminal.
