A protecting device for an electric pipe in a wall is provided to recognize existence of the electric pipe by an aromatic liquid flowing from an aroma bag when a nail or a hammer drill is driven into the protecting device. A box(20) receives first and second blocking bar assemblies(30,60), a middle plate(40), and an aroma bag(50) and is sealed by a cover(22). A support(70) is inserted between the box and an electric pipe(3) and fixed by a fastening band(80). The first and second blocking bar assemblies block movement of a nail. The aroma bag has an aroma liquid inside and broken according to the movement of the nail. Each of the first and second blocking bar assemblies is composed of a plurality of circular blocking bars(31,61). A diameter of the blocking bar of the first blocking bar assembly is smaller than the diameter of the blocking bar of the second blocking bar assembly. |
