A thin-film photovoltaic conversion device module is provided to reduce a fabricating cost of a solar cell module with a bypass function by embodying a bypass function by a solar cell module only without connecting a separate bypass device or adding a process. From a plurality of electrically connected unit cells, at least two unit cells are selected to include a two-terminal interconnection in a thin-film photovoltaic conversion device module wherein the two-terminal interconnection is made of one wired terminal. In the plurality of unit cells, more than two rows and more than two columns can be arranged. The unit cell can be made of a rectangular shape.
