A recycled resin manufacturing method using resin scraps is provided to prevent pollution generated by foreign materials, by facilitating transportation and storage and to increase the addition amount of recycled resin by using the recycled resin having the same material property of new resin. A recycled resin manufacturing method using resin scraps comprises the steps of: crushing foaming resin scraps; firstly de-linking the crushed resin scraps at 250~390°C in a first extruder; producing pellets by adding new resin of 3~15wt.% to the de-linked material of 100wt.% and secondly de-linking the materials at 250~390°C in a second extruder; cooling down pellets; and cutting the cooled pellets. The foaming resin scrap is ethylene vinyl acetate or polyethylene resin scraps. The new resin is at least one of ethylene vinyl acetate or polyethylene. |
