A built-in cooking appliance is provided to prevent parts from being damaged by smoothly discharging heated air existing inside a body. A built-in cooking appliance includes a top plate(200), a body(300), a cabinet(100), and a top frame(210). The body includes a plurality of parts at the lower portion of the top plate. The cabinet provides a space(510) receiving the body. The top frame is interposed between the top plate and the cabinet. A portion of the top frame is mated to the top plate. The other portion of the top frame is mated to the cabinet. An opening part(330) is formed to discharge the fluid inside the body to the outside. The opening part is formed with an opening cover(420) which is mounted to be opened/closed by the pressure of an air.
