A data output circuit of a semiconductor memory apparatus is provided to output data to the outside of the semiconductor memory apparatus stably. A clock synchronization unit(10) is driven by a power supply voltage, and outputs first synchronous data and second synchronous data by synchronizing data with a clock. A voltage conversion unit(100) converts the first synchronous data and the second synchronous data swinging between the power supply voltage and a ground level into first conversion data and second conversion data swinging between a power supply voltage dedicated for an output stage and the ground level. A data output driver(20) is driven by the power supply voltage dedicated for an output stage, and outputs the first conversion data and the second conversion data as output data.
