SOLIDIFICATOR MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION SOIL CEMENT

A solidifying agent for soil cement is provided to give surface activation, enhance a specific surface area, and improve strength when the solidifying agent is mixed with hot blast slag cement. A method for manufacturing a solidifying agent for soil cement includes the steps of: blending 95.0-99.0wt% of hot blast slag cement having a fineness of 3000-4300 cm^2/g, 0.1-4.8wt% of anhydrite, and 0.1-4.8wt% of quick lime; grinding the blending into powder having a fineness of 4500-8000 cm^2/g in horizontal and vertical vacuum mills; and adding 0.1-0.5wt% of a polycarboxylic acid-based admixture to the powder.
