A system, a terminal and a method for a voice keyword guidance message using multi-modal plug-in are provided to offer a voice keyword guidance message of a portal site of the internet as a voice keyword guidance message by using a terminal based multi-modal interface. A voice guidance message is created, and a voice keyword corresponding to the voice guidance message is mapped and registered(S100). The voice keyword and the voice guidance message are registered in a platform, and an URL address storing the registered keyword and voice guidance message is stored in a server(S104). When a user checks up the stored voice guidance message, the voice keyword is inputted by using the terminal through the internet(S106~S110). The inputted voice keyword is transmitted to the server, and the server recognizes the voice keyword, and converts the voice keyword into a text. An URL address storing the voice guidance message corresponding to the converted text is transmitted to the terminal(S114). The terminal displays the text, and receives the voice guidance message by connecting to the received URL(S116). The terminal reproduces the voice guidance message by activating reproduction plug-in(S118).
