Structure safety diagnosing equipment for a bridge top board is provided to allow a manager to check a scale of a measurement scale plate at a safe location and check a degree of motion of a bridge always. A measurement scale plate(10) is installed on a lateral surface of a bridge where the bridge and a bridge post are coupled to each other. A support plate(30) is fixed at an upper end of the bridge post and includes a fixing plate(23) at an upper part in a vertical plate shape and a hinge unit(22) which is formed at one side of the fixing plate. A measurement plate(20) is coupled to the hinge unit with a hinge. A measurement hand(21) is installed adjacent to the measurement scale plate in a vertical direction and coupled to the measurement plate.
