<p>The apparatus (1) has an upper opening permitting to manipulate food during cooking. A cooking container (2) receives food to be cooked and rests on a base (3). A skirt (14) has a closed lateral wall (15), which surrounds the container and extends vertically from the base till an upper free end (16) of a lateral wall (5) of the container. An annular wall (23) has a spacer (26) contacting with the end (16) to immobilize the container in a vertical direction.</p> |
