A shift register and a display device having the same are provided to increase an operation speed of the display device by moving input data using respective stages. A shift register outputs plural register output signals and includes first to third flip-flops(51,52,53,61,62,63). The second flip-flop is adjacent to the first flip-flop. The third flip-flop is adjacent to the second flip-flop. Each of the first to third flip-flops includes an input terminal(D), an output terminal(Q), and a clock terminal(Ck). The same first clock signal is inputted to clock terminals of the first to third flip-flops. A second clock signal, inversed clock signal of the first clock, is inputted to the clock terminal of the second flip-flop.
