A wireless monitor system for precisely monitoring a processing machine having a rotational structure is provided to effectively perform data management of a state of the processing machine by constructing database in a USB(Universal Serial Bus) memory. A wireless monitor system for precisely monitoring a processing machine having a rotational structure includes an AE(Acoustic Emission) sensor unit(10), a signal amplification unit(20), a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) signal processing unit(30), an interface unit(40), a microcomputer(50), and a controller(60) of the processing machine. The DSP signal processing unit converts an analog signal amplified by the signal amplification unit into a digital signal by including a DSP inside and performs rapid filtering to transmit the digital signal to the interface unit. The microcomputer is operated by a dual OS(Operational System) by implementing a soft realtime system with an embedded Linux system mounting a Linux kernel and a hard realtime system in the DSP signal processing unit.
