A method and an apparatus for recording/reproducing data on/from a holographic storage medium, and the holographic storage medium are provided to change the sampling rate according to quality of reproduced signals so as to keep reproduced quality of a page data signal stably and to increase signal quality of the page data. A holographic recording/reproducing apparatus comprises a light processor(310), a control part(320), and a memory(330). A holographic storage medium(100) is inserted in the light processor. The control part controls the optical processor. The memory stores the data read from the holographic storage medium temporarily and stores the data to be recorded in the holographic storage medium temporarily. The light processor includes a laser light source(311), a beam splitter(312), a first reflector(313), a spatial light modulator(314), a first lens(315), a second reflector(316), a second lens(317), a third lens(318), and a detection part(319). The control part generates a data page containing record data, transmits the data page to the light processor, and data-processes the signal reproduced from the light processor.
