<p>A lens for a lighting apparatus, a light emitting diode having the same, and the lighting apparatus are provided to have a specific beam angle distribution by differing the radius of curvature of each of refractive surfaces. A lens(100) is formed in a dome shape. The lens has a base surface(110), a first refractive surface(120), and a second refractive surface(130). The base surface is a bottom surface of the leans and has a circular shape. The first refractive surface is adjacent to the base surface to be formed in a curved shape. The first refractive surface has a first radius of curvature(R1). The first refractive surface refracts light incident into the lens in a lateral direction and transmits the refracted light. The second refractive surface is adjacent to the first refractive surface to be formed in a curved shape. The second refractive surface has a second radius of curvature(R2). The second radius of curvature is greater than the first radius of curvature.</p> |
