A prefabricated concrete support for supporting a harbor container comprises a rectangular concrete panel(100) having the vertical length, two or more upper and lower steel bars(200a,200b) arranged in the concrete panel in the vertical direction, many upper and lower strands(300a,300b) arranged in the concrete panel in the vertical direction, many rectangular horizontal steel wires(400) arranged in the concrete panel in the horizontal direction, many fixing members(500) weaving and fixing the intersection of the horizontal steel wires and the upper and lower steel bars, and many traction rings(600) fixed along the outer border of the concrete panel. A manufacturing method of a prefabricated concrete support for supporting a harbor container comprises the steps of: manufacturing a steel wire assembly by weaving two or more upper and lower steel bars and many rectangular horizontal steel wires crossing in the horizontal direction of the upper and lower steel bars using fixing members; arranging the steel wire assembly in a mold; arranging upper and lower strands in the vertical direction of the mold, and tensing two ends of the upper and lower strands and the upper and lower steel bars primarily; tensing two ends of the upper and lower strands secondarily; placing concrete in the mold; stripping off the mold after curing the concrete; and cutting off two ends of the upper and lower strands and applying compressive stress to the concrete.
