A mobile terminal and an address access method therein are provided to reduce the size of a terminal by presenting an address conversion part so that a plurality of control parts can use one storage space in common. A mobile terminal having at least two control parts(C1-Cn) comprises a storage part(120) and an address conversion part(110). The storage part comprises at least two storage areas(120r1-120rn) which respectively are allocated to the control parts. The address conversion part performs address conversion. In case the first control part tries to access the first address, the address conversion part converts the first address into the second address of a storage area allocated to the first control part. If storage access requests are made from more than two control parts at the same time, the address conversion part accepts a high-priority control part's storage access request only.
