A device for fixing a wire rope of a probe rotating device in an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus is provided to control the tension of the wire rope by fastening a wire rope fastening bolt with a tool such as a driver or a wrench. A device for fixing a wire rope(160) of a probe rotating device in an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus includes a wire rope fastening bolt(180). The device rotates a probe unit(170) by transmitting the driving force of a driving unit(110) through the wire rope. A hole is formed on the wire rope fastening bolt to be supported by inserting one end of the wire rope therein. The wire rope fastening bolt is rotatably installed on the probe unit. The end of the wire rope is fixed by pressing with a pressing member not to draw out of an insertion hole after being inserted into the insertion hole of the wire rope fastening bolt.
