Bumper beam i.e. front bumper beam, for crash box of vehicle, has longitudinal/shallow concavity broadens at same time when concavity deepens towards beam end portions, where concavity becomes deeper than height of webs
摘要

The beam (1) has a generally U shape including a central flange and two webs. The central flange is in a longitudinal middle portion of beam points outwards from a vehicle. A longitudinal/shallow concavity (17) deepens progressively towards end portions of the beam to change to or connect to fastening plates (20, 21). A bottom of the concavity is at an angle of 30 degrees to a transverse direction of the vehicle in a region close to the fastening plates. The concavity broadens at the same time when the concavity deepens, where the concavity becomes deeper than a height of webs.
