A spray-type blood examining apparatus and a method therefor are provided to perform various blood tests accurately and simultaneously with a small amount of blood by spraying many kinds of reagents onto the surface of a test paper where blood is sprayed. A spray-type blood examining apparatus comprises: a test paper(200) having a lattice-shaped protrusion and transferred from an upper roller(210) to a lower roller(220); an air spraying device(300) which is located at the front side of the test paper to spray air to blood(BLD) which is transferred by being inhaled inside of an end portion of a transfer bar(150), thereby spraying the blood on the surface of the test paper; a reagent applying device(400) which applies many reagents reacting with the blood onto the surface of the blood sprayed test paper; a drying device(500) which dries the blood and reagents, which are sprayed onto the surface of the test paper and mixed therewith; a sensing device(600) which senses a color of the blood reacted with the reagents; and a storing device which analyzes color information of the sensed blood and stores the analysis result. A method for examining blood comprises the steps of: (a) spraying the blood onto the surface of the test paper; (b) applying various reagents onto the blood sprayed test paper surface to mix the reagents with the blood; (c) drying the reagents applied onto the test paper and the reacted blood; (d) sensing a blood color on the test paper surface after the reaction; and (e) storing the sensed color as a data. Further, the reagent applying device contains a plurality of nozzles(420) for spraying reagent at a front surface of a right-angled tetragon typed body(410).
