A method for generating 3D building topography is provided to calculate the amount of sunshine and a view exactly, thereby improving reliability. A method for generating 3D building topography comprises the following steps of: inputting information about the altitude difference of the ground and a surrounding ground on a plot plan on which a building plan is represented, information including an altitude value and a plan altitude value(S101); inputting information about a GL(Ground Level) representing the altitude of each building(S102); and generating the 3D(Three-Dimensional) building topography having the altitude difference, 3D topography on which a business ground and the GL of the each building by using the information representing the altitude difference and the GL value(S103).
