A back light unit and a liquid crystal display using the same is provided to improve assembling efficiency by preventing interference of a wire when an upper accommodation member is coupled to a lower accommodation member. A back light unit includes a light source, an accommodation member(2400), a wire(100), and a wire arranging unit(220). The accommodation member accommodates the light source, and an opening is formed on one side of the accommodation member. The wire is connected to the light source to supply power to the light source. The wire is exposed to the outside through the opening. A wire introduction section is formed one side of the wire arranging unit. The wire arranging unit surrounds some regions of the wire to fix the wire. |
