A real-time payment method is provided to increase benefits for income deduction owing to debit payment and prevent discredit owing to excessive credit card usage by processing credit card payment in a debit mode depending on various kinds of card use environments such as a limit amount. At least one real-time payment function setting information is stored in a network storage medium by linking with client card information(200), and the real-time payment function setting information connected to the card information is checked from the storage medium when credit card payment approval is processed(225). Credit card payment is processed based on the checked real-time payment function setting information(275). The real-time payment function setting information includes goods, limit, member shop, payment time or period, and payment count information set to the real-time payment, and information for automatically changing the credit card payment into debit card payment when the limit amount of the credit card is exceeded. |
