A rotating device based on gravity is provided to increase a torque in a variety of machines such as an electric-type press. A plurality of rotators are arranged on a rotating shaft(1) supported lengthwise on a guide wall substance. The rotators and rotating arms(3) include a connection plate(4) and a rotating plate(17). The rotators are fixed to the rotating shaft. Two coupling holes are provided at two opposite sides of the rotators. One rotator crosses the other rotator. The connection plate and the rotating plate are hinged with the rotating arms between the rotators. The connection plate is connected to a pin(12) at two opposite sides of the rotating arms. A spring is connected to the rotator at two opposite sides of the rotating plate.
