A steel reinforced pipe coated with adhesive epoxy resin and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to prevent deterioration of the carried fluid by using an environment-friendly thermoplastic inner pipe and to reinforce tensile strength and bending strength by attaching thermoplastic special fibers or bands on the outer periphery of the upper part of the pipe. A steel reinforced pipe coated with adhesive epoxy resin for moving fluid is composed of a non-polar thermoplastic inner pipe(1); thermoplastic fibers or bands(2) attached on the outer periphery of the inner pipe at regular intervals in an axial direction; steel coils(3) wound around the upper surface of the fiber or band and coated with mesh-type adhesive epoxy resin; and non-polar thermoplastic(4) bonded on the outer periphery of the upside of the inner pipe combined with the fiber, band, or coil.
