A physical training device is provided to control the strength of the elasticity inside support housing and to reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components. A physical training device includes a support housing, two first supports(120), two second supports(130), a guide shaft(140), a moving member(150) and a control member(160). The support housing includes two connection members(113). The first supports are installed inside the support housing. The guide shaft is installed inside the support housing to penetrate the upper connection member and the lower connection member of the support housing. One end of the second supports is installed on both sides of the moving member which ascends and descends along the guide shaft in the state that the guide shaft is penetrated.
