The holder has a bottom (1) and a cover (2) that are linked through an integrated hinge (5) so that the cover is permanently placed on the bottom before the close of the holder. A permanent connection is made between the cover and the bottom with a circumference zoom (4) of the cover in a pre-formed board (3) of the bottom with an underlying frame. The hinge consists of a pre-cut tear line with an S-shaped central section (6) and two ends with a hatch pattern (7), where the holder is made of plastic.
