PURPOSE: A method for optimizing a decision standard of a primary cell for controlling enhanced downlink control channel power in a 3GPP system is provided to suggest the decision standard for the primary cell, and to efficiently use power as securing performance of a downlink shared channel, thereby optimizing the decision standard of the primary cell. CONSTITUTION: A 3GPP system confirms the first condition that size of a signal received from a mobile station has more than a certain value, the second condition that a cell identifier code of a base station is the same as a cell identifier code of a primary cell transmitted from the mobile station, and the third condition that a puncturing process occurs less than a value dividing length of a cell identifier into 3 if a mode is an uplink compression mode. If all the conditions are satisfied, the 3GPP system decides the base station as the primary cell. |
