A disk drive is provided to mount an optical pickup, a spindle motor, and a driving motor on a tray mounted in a housing so as to reduce the number of assembled parts and decrease the weight of the disk drive. A disk drive comprises a housing(10), and a tray(20). One side of the housing is opened, and the housing is formed with a disk moving hole(11). The tray is mounted in the housing and installed with an optical pickup to detect information recorded in a disk. The lower surface of the tray has a bracket on which a spindle motor(25) is placed, a driving motor(30) providing power to move the optical pickup, and a lead screw. A rotary shaft of the spindle motor is installed with a turn table(26). Guide shafts(34) are arranged at two sides of a pickup window(36).
