A system for automatically controlling off-peak electricity is provided to prevent off-peak electricity from wasting due to a continuous operation of a hot wind heater using off-peak electricity even in Saturday or holiday. A system for automatically controlling off-peak electricity includes a 24 hour automatic timer(10) and a week automatic timer(11). The 24 hour automatic timer flows power of 380V to an off-peak electricity meter(30) by connecting a high voltage and high capacity electric connector(20) with automatically flowing current of 220V from p.m. 10:00 to next day 05:00 every day. The week automatic timer plays a role of automatically cutting off the power every Friday and Saturday by being operated with additional power. The system controls the power of 380V by adjusting the connection and disconnection of the electric connector previously installed by using a dual control method of 220V current drawn in or out from the 24 hour automatic timer.
