A light diffusion plate for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) back light unit having a lenticular lens is provided to improve brightness by obtaining uniform surface light without an additional light diffuser. A light diffusion plate for an LCD back light unit includes a light incident surface(211) and a light emission surface(215). Light is inputted to the light incident surface and emitted through the light emission surface. The light emission surface faces the light incident surface. A plurality of lenticular lenses(212) are arranged on the surface of the light emission surface, are integrally or physically separated from the light diffusion plate, and have a height less than a 1/2 pitch. The lenticular lenses are aspheric surfaces.
