A semiconductor device is provided to increase a specification margin of a pin by diversely changing capacitances of option capacitors and resistors to accurately control capacitance and resistance of the pin. A semiconductor device includes a plurality of option capacitors(C1-Cn) to control capacitance of a pin for input and output of data. The plurality of option capacitors are divided into a plurality of groups(G1-Gn). The option capacitors of the same group have the same capacitance, but the option capacitors of the different groups have the different capacitance. At least one of the option capacitors is connected between the pin and a ground power source in parallel.
